Apple Chia Refresh


INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 mini cucumber
  • 1 apple – chopped
  • 1/2 tsp whey protein
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 SCOOP OF INNER HARMONY

DIRECTIONS

1.Place all ingredients in a blender.
2.Blend until smooth.
3.Pour mixture into a glass.

SUPER TIP

If you decide to use whey protein it is very important to blend the rest of the ingredients before. Whey proteins is quite delicate and you risk to damage it if you’re blending it too much.
